We spoke with the lady letting her know our delays and she said it was fine that she was in no big hurry and it was no big deal as long as we made it befor feb 12 for her granddaughters birthday. We called and let her know when we thouht we would deliver after we picked up told her she could call us back if she had any questions. we were 2 days earlier than what we had told her after we picked up. We will try better next time to call a person more. Thanks for your business and reply.

My experience with DoubleBarTransport was both negative and positive. The horse that I had them ship arrived in good condition and in that regard I was very pleased however they were extremely late! The original email I received from them said the horse would be picked up on the 9 or 10 of January and delivered the 14 or 15 of January. They did not pick her up until the 30 of January and was in transit for 8 days! They shippers were absolutely horrible about letting us know what was going on!!

We transported womens poney and told her befor she booked that with winter weather in north time frame was going to move around she said no problem not in hurry as long as here in Wa befor the 2 of Febuary we arived befor then and horse only travled 3 days on trailer spent 3 days laied over with storms and hores in a barn. Thanks for using our service when we pick up we give you our number and say if you would like to call and check please do our drivers have main concern of taking care of horse
