Myers Moving And Storage Inc, serving the entire east coast from NY to South FL. Family owned business, licensed and insured. Doing moving and delivery since 1998. We specialize in Furniture, Art, and Antiques. We provide full white glove blanket wrap services and have a 26' enclosed box truck with lift gate so that we can ship large pieces with safety. Being we run an exclusive east coast route we can accommodate most shipments within 2-4 weeks. References can be provided upon request from several antique dealers that we have been doing business with for many years. We also can offer storage facilities if needed for additional charge.

Myers moving did an AWESOME job and was very polite and courteous doing the coordination.Gave us the best price ever even tho some complications arose on our end Myers moving handled them with the greatest attitude and helped us in every way in every aspect of our shipment. Ripton Myers was a pleasure to work with, and he kept me updated throughout the process. In New York City he and one of his workers safely wrapped all of my furniture and loaded his moving truck in less than 2.5 hours. He then stored all of my stuff in his warehouse in Georgia for one month as agreed until I found an apartment in Ft Lauderdale, FL. I gave him one week notice of when I needed everything delivered in FL, and he arrived on time and delivered everything safely as agreed.

Mr. Myers was communicative, punctual, courteous and efficient in his pickup and delivery service. He arrived on time to pick up my things, was meticulous in documenting all items that were picked up, and quite accurate in his estimation of delivery time to my new location. When the items were delivered to Brooklyn, the day after Sandy's aftermath in NY, he and his helper took exactly one hour to deliver all my items in my home. I will definitely call and recommend him in the future.

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Customer stated in their listing have 1 box size 8x6, after communicating with customer was informed that its now 4 boxes of said size, due to other customer loads we will not be able to provide space needed for this load. Customer is also requesting drop date of Saturday of the 24th. Our current schedule which was stated in bid is 24th to the 29th,. Sorry for the inconvenience and best of luck with shipment. This is an inaccurate statment. The 1 box was 8 x 16 x 8, which was tied together version of 4 boxes. In addition, instead of trying to work it out, the mover did not call back at all and just cancelled for a move that i have in 3 days. How rude.

No Detailed Feedback Available The shipment listing was misrepresented and the service provider cancelled I stated the box was 8 ft x 16 ft x 8 ft. This was actually larger than the items. In addition, they had called to ask me to confirm to make sure, which I did do and found that those dimensions were old dimensions which included all the items of the playset in one box instead of 4 smaller ones. I would be taking up effectively SIGNIFICANTLY less room. In addition, the 24th was merely a WANTED date as it is the weekend. They did not work with me on this delivery date.

No Detailed Feedback Available A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The reason I am canceling is because I never kept up with the details of the shipment. I was unaware that there was a deposit to be made at the pick up and at the delivery, however, this is purely my fault for not checking the details. By now it is most probably too late for the shipping company to ship everything so I will be reposting the job.

I measured the boxes and fedex double checked my measurements however the servide provider office did not look at the measurements when the bid was placed

I am 5ft. 11In and the boxes are the same height as me. the weight on them are also heavy, which you need two men to handle with care. Sorry we were not able to do the job. but good luck on the shipment.
