After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider KG Horses told me they were going out of business and would not be able to haul my horse or refund my money. Unable to get ahold of Gary or KC via phone now and they won't return emails, website is also down. Voice mailboxes are full. I paid in full to receive a discount. Dishonest, unfair and unethical people. I am determined to get my money from them to get my horse here.
