I am no longer able to accommodate this customer’s shipment Due to unreasonable delays, the customer would prefer to work with a different carrier, and I am willing to comply with his wish.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment I have rejected cancelation of my shipment until damages to my shipment are resolved and paid in full by shipper. Once damage payment is received and all parties involved in this shipment failure are satisfied I will proceed with the shipment cancelation.
