Shipped items arrived in good condition. Shipper did not provide requested documentation but was co-operative. Email communication was lacking but cell phone communication was good. Short notice for pick-up with iffy dates. It was a leap of faith on my part to use this shipper but it all worked out in the end. Shipper turned out to be trustworthy and worked out minor problem to my satisfaction.

Everything about my transaction went smoothly. Pick up was perfect and with plenty of notice as was delivery. What he said to me as we planned my 1st ever uShip was true, "I am a professional mover. You are in good hands." And to boot now I have my grandmother's antique bed here in Texas with me, clear from Maine.
