Shipped items arrived in good condition. Shipper did not provide requested documentation but was co-operative. Email communication was lacking but cell phone communication was good. Short notice for pick-up with iffy dates.
It was a leap of faith on my part to use this shipper but it all worked out in the end. Shipper turned out to be trustworthy and worked out minor problem to my satisfaction.

Everything about my transaction went smoothly. Pick up was perfect and with plenty of notice as was delivery. What he said to me as we planned my 1st ever uShip was true, "I am a professional mover. You are in good hands." And to boot now I have my grandmother's antique bed here in Texas with me, clear from Maine.

This was my first experience using U-Ship, and was great. Communication and service was exceptional. Provider was very accomidating and friendly. This shipment was for my son, and the provider made me feel as though he was taking care of my sons stuff as he would his own child's things. I would definitely recommend and use him over and over.
