A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved At no point in time did we lie about the pickup. The place where pickup was suppose to be the times that were given was 5:30 am or 8:30 pm only. We actually arrange to pick up date to be earlier than planned and the pick up person cancelled. There was a rescheduling due to the time of pick up indicated. We contacted the shipper and left 3 messages 4/30/07 and he never called back until 5/2/07 and wanted it today. We can't wait days in one area for someone to call us back, but we will go back

Mr Watsons statement is a crock. He is like a lot of other people that seem to want the money but bite off more than they can chew. I realize watson trucking is a small, small, co. but when they say they can deliver there should not be excuse after excuses. I personally feel if a trucking co. states they can deliver on a day or the next day then they should deliver it or reduce their fees by a percentage, set by uship because to much of saying i can be there, when they know they cant is going on

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time Watson transport as far as im concern is not an honest trucking co. 3 times he cancelled upon an agreed time to pick up mower where i purchased it from.First 2 times he called the place where i bought the moer and gave an excuse for not being there. The last time he just never called or showed up. I called wastson trucking the day it was to be deliveredat my place, and i got an excuse that it wont be here until next monday maybe, some 6-7days later than agreed on. At no time did we lie about the pick up. The location of pickup cancelled and then gave us time of 5:30 am or 8:30 pm. The shipper also stated that there was dirt roads and for our safety and not to risk damaging anyone property we would prefer to pick during daylight hours. We try to contact the shipper since 4/29/07 to let him know the status. He didn't contact us until 5/2/07. He wanted to receive the shipment today and we told him that we wouldn't be able to go to NC today and back to NY

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider shipping provider could not pick up in a reasonable amount of time.I asked shipper when he could pickup initially, and he implied a date some 7-10 days earlier than what he can do it now for. I need this mower asap, 5days have gone by now and i still dont have a shipper yet.
