After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer.
We went to schedule a pickup on 3/6/2007 and were not able to make contact with the shipper. I spoke with the shipper later in the afternoon who stated that the shipment was not ready to go and not palletized. The customer stated that they were there to help us load but at that time it was too late for a pickup. On 3/7/2007 we spoke with the customer again and stated we rescheduled for 3/7/2007 between 12pm - 4pm. At 12pm the customer left a message that they wanted to cancel the shipment an
