MTP Transport, Inc is a family owned and operated company based out of central, NJ. We are fully insured as required by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration and are DOT/MC compliant. We have several different types of trailers to meet any of your shipping needs. We transport cars, motorcycles, boats, ATV's, trailers, RV's and general freight. Our trailers are equiped with a winch for loading trailers and inoperable vehicles. We have transport plates to pull unregistered units that are too large to go on our trailers. We understand that you want to use a reputable company to transport your property. We are a dedicated, experienced, hard working company that meets all of our customers shipping needs. We are fairly new to USHIP and will provide numerous references upon request. We would like to thank you for your consideration in using our company.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment I was unaware the bid was for driving the trucks. The trucks run but are not able to make the drive safely.

MTP was fantastic. They were very easy to do business with, and they worked fast. Also friendly and cheerful on the phone. I would definitely hire them again. They moved a 1957 military truck for me from Florida to Maryland.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment We had agreed to the final price as I explain to the shipper that i have never seen the truck, and i was willing to pay the extra money he was asking but simply refuse to answer my phone calls and left the job undone... we were willing to pay the shipper for the difference in price and to get the truck to us.

The shipper stated to me on the phone he was in NJ the week before and had checked out the unit. Even told me where he hid the keys. His listing stated the unit was 232" long 79" wide and 84" high. When we arrived at the location to pick up the unit we measured it to be 384" long 102" wide with dual rear axles and 120" high. That is a big difference and we explained to the shipper that our bid was strictly based upon his dimensions. Shipper would not agree to new price quoted.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped Boat is on blocks on unstable ground. It is starting to settle at an angle that places the boat at risk of falling over. I had to contact a Boat Hauler with a Hydraulic Trailer in order to prevent the boat from falling over and he will deliver it to me. Way more money, but I could not risk having the boat falling off the blocks.

MTP Transport completed a flawless pickup and delivery of my 20ft boat on the trailer. The New England pickup to Florida delivery was handled in a most professional manner. Jason and Katrina made sure the scheduling worked perfectly at both ends of the haul. Great people to business with and will most definately use MTP again.

Customer booked shipment with another carrier outside of USHIP... when that carrier could not transport the boat they came back to USHIP and accepted bid. I was always booked to transport another boat.

Upon arrival driver noticed that dimensions listed on uship were incorrect. Dimensions that were listed were 232" long, 79" wide and 84" high. True dimensions are 384" long, 102" wide and 120" high. Dispatcher contacted customer to advise dimensions were incorrect and that more money was required to transport on a specialized trailer. Customer unwilling to pay more money for transport. Customer never contacted after accepting bid to see if we could move up the shipment. Boat could be loaded without a hydraulic trailer and we could have moved up the pickup time if needed. Customer should have contacted MTP Transport to discuss different pickup dates. We turned down two other transports becuase customer booked there shipment with this company.

We felt that he no longer needed the shipment done. He then called us two weeks later and told us that he booked the shipment with another carrier outside of USHIP but they no longer could transport the boat. We have already booked other shipments and can transport this for the shipper but it can not be within his dates. He never removed the USHIP listing after he booked it with someone outside of USHIP.
