A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved This customer states they have tried to contact me several times with no luck,that is a blatant lie.I have emailed him on several occasions and have gotten no response.Also he listed it as flexible pick up and delivery and now he is putting all kinds of restrictions on the shipment.I am unable to get the item to him on his new guidelined schedule.Please list delivry time frame if there is one!!!I have also tried to call this person with no luck.As far as me being a broker,soory ,i have trouble e

The only calls I received from you were after I caught you in your scam attempt. Your calls were obscene harassing type calls placed by you and your cohorts in crime in an attempt to shut me up and not to expose you to others. Emails sent to you also went un answered. You must of been at fault as I have received a full credit for the deposit I made. What new name are you going to surface under next week besides dbest transport? You were never honest and had no intention of transporting my cat.

Provider sent a trailer unsuitable for transport and in disrepair. They kept my deposit of $910.49 and refused to return the deposit even though their trailer was unsuitable and unable to complete the shipment in a safe and timely manner. The snow cat was 8.5 foot wide and 6,000 lbs and the trailer was not wide enough, in disrepair and unsafe for this type of load. They are not honest about their trans capabilities and will keep the deposit even if they do not complete the job.

shipper pre approved our equipment, tryed to hide facts about the shipment to garner a better rate,did not list item correctly,made us buy $220.00 in insurance coverage,it was over 250 miles over there to the pickup,then 250 back home after his so called restorer wasn't sure about our trailer {a guy that knows nothing about shipping},shipper than indicated that we were the second u-shippers that he had trouble with,course we were also only the second ones he had used period. you get the picture

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I have repeatedly tried to contact the shipper by email and phone to make final arrangements to ship the snow cat. They have not responded to my attempts. Today I found a listing for a tractor to be shipped to my location. After looking at the listing carefully I discover it is my snow cat. They had no intention of actually shipping and are now playing broker at a reduced rate for the transportation. That is not the deal as discussed in the bid.
