I am unable to reach this customer after a reasonable time period.
In the last 3 days I've called twice and emailed once without any response, the customer left no other contact information, he didn't even leave pickup or or drop off addresses. I need to cancel this shipment and get the money back that it cost me to do the book it now option. Thank you and please feel free to contact me through email or phone. Mike Schleisnger
