The customer misrepresented their shipment and I cannot service it
we drove 3 hours out of our way to service the coustomer,we arrived with a 24ft. enclosed trailer (as Promised).we also had 2 other bikes and some funiture + 1 ATV on trailer,coustomer let us load her bike onto trailer,we had plenty of room on trailer to accomadate her bike.she then decided there wasn't enough room to here likein for her bike.We explained to her there was .she even ask her neighbor to come over and bring a tape measure with him to see what he thought,he responded there was plent

Very unprofessional. When they finally arrived it was a pickup truck and no trailor. Truck filled with old wood stove and boat motor then they put our motorcycle in!!!! No damage but wow. They are nice people but will use other tranports.

I'm sorry that you felt that way. Our bids specifically state that we operate pickup trucks and yes, we do book as many items that we can safely transport going in the same direction to make it affordable for us to be competitive in pricing. Otherwise there would be no way possible that we would have been able to afford the transport for the price you paid as it would barely cover the fuel costs let alone wear & tear to vehicle. Liz
