We immediately took care of you and your bike. It was the employee's fault, yes for backing up into to it but our company immediately called you and the insurance company. We also gave you a 20% discount. There were no damages done when the bike was being hauled.It happened afterwards. We are truly sorry this happened but accidents do happen and your bike is back to new.Thanks and sorry again.

Accident was preventable is a little care had been exercised. They notified me immediately and their employee's private insurance (their employee backed into it with his private vehicle) paid for the repairs. The bike was being transported for storage while I make a trip to Iraq. So while this is all going on, I'm 10,000 miles away and it adds to the anxiety of being away from home. But they did give me a 20% discount! Response from tuffman: Yes,we had an employee back into his bike when it was parked.My employee's insurance company paid for everything.The bike was custom made that's why damages came out to so much.There were no damages when the bike was being hauled.It happened after.We immediately called the customer and the employee's insurance company when it happened.The insurance company immediatley took it over and took care of everything. His bike is back to new.We are truly sorry this happened but accidents do happen.Thanks
