I am unable to reach this customer after a reasonable time period Upon accepting the bid, I have not been able to reach the customer to arrange this shippment. I have only one phone number that is not working number. I also e-mailed over to the customer, but have not received any response. I also have noticed that U-ship does not charge booking fees for this transaction; however, I have been charged $71.37 by u-ship, and I wander wether this charge was for this shippment.

I am unable to reach this customer after a reasonable time period Phone number posted on uShip does not work. This is probably the 5th book it now shipment we have had problems with. Can't reach the shipper at all. We emailed and recieved no reply and we tried calling and the number is unavailable.
