SOOO Nice. Every time I tried to contact I either talked to them right away or was called back very quickly. I didn't need my bike right away, but they were still pretty quick. They also brought some extra little things for me. They even were flexible on the drop off location so that I wouldn't have to call off work. I can't say enough good things about them. I was very satisfied.

Excellent communication & updates on status of pickup & arrival. They were able to pick up the boat almost immediately and had it to me within 2 days. Awesome. Boat was delivered without any transport issues whatsoever. Jared was courteous and professional. Excellent job.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The carrier has cancelled this shipment and not me. I was expecting this motorcycle as promised. I have put time and effort into this shipment. My credit card was charged $450.00. I feel that Uship should make sure my motorcycle gets shipped to me for the same price! If anything extra is needed, the carrier that cancelled should pay it. This is not right. I must contact the seller and ask him to hold that bike longer without charging me storage fees. Suppose he charges me. Who will pay ?

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I went to a considerable amount of effort answering the Service Provider's questions prior to accepting their bid. In addition, I made committements to the Seller of the item that was to be picked up by the Service Provider only to have him cancel after a considerable amount of communications. I've used UShip.com in the past and never had such a disappointing experience. MrRoo completely wasted my time as I now need to go through the process of re-listing the shipment!
