I expend $300 dollars more than the firs rate, but it was OK...... I will think twice in accept a bid of one who will drive the truck instead on load it on a lowboy.

I lost $money on this load I had to spend more then $300 for down time ,motel expence and food that I had not expected plus taxi , and public trans that was out of my pocket I could have left it along side of the road were it broke down even when you came to were the truck was you could not get the truck working it took 2 service calls from 2 truck repair to get the truck running again so it was not my fault the fuel gage did not work.

This Shipper Alex needs to say it way it is I lowered my bid for him and asked for at lest 1/2 down I left messages for hime on several times about sending the $money, but I have not heard from him the deposit he did pay is for Uship not me I don't put anybody on my scedual till I see some $money$ to me

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider he sound like he doesn't know any thing about towing and he want me to send him money before the service

This Shipper did not give me a chance to full file my contract with him He accepted my bid then the next day asked for a cancellation also he does not know me I have tow a trailer from 10' to 53'semi trailers over the last 13 yrs over the road This is the reason I ask for payment up front because of shipper like this guy. So watch out of service providers this shipper may do the same to you.

I did not have time to fulL fill my bid comment to Tjay.He accepted my bid in the morning then after a couple of email between the two of us that same evening Tjay asked for a cancellation on the bid. So look out other Service Providers they may do the same to you.

Mark was awesome. He is a great communicator and does whatever it takes to make the entire process as easy as possible. I'm sure he did not make much on my delivery and waited around 4 hours while we kept missing each other. If ever possible I will use him again. I HIGHLY recommend him!!!!!!!!!!!!!
