First on the day I accepted his bid. Again on 13th and on the 17th when I sent the cancellation request. I never received a response.

I have had no response. Response from specialistmovers: Emails went into our SPAM folder so we didn't see them. We tried to contact via phone to no avail. unfortunately technology let us both down this time. please accept our abject apology, this is not what we are about as can be seen from our past performances,
