I cannot rate Mark Rinker high enough! My shipment date got delayed due to payment of item being very slow. But Mark showed extreme patience. The trailer under my boat was in far worse condition than advertised. In fact it jumped off the hitch the first time Mark crossed a railroad track. I bet most shippers would not have gone any further but Mark continued on and delivered the load. He was even good nature when he arrived. If only the people at the marina had a little bit of his patienc

Mark shipped my 270 Amberjack halfway across the country with ease and efficiency. They were able to load the boat without me in Illinois and had it at the agreed drop off marina at the agreed time. If I need to ship a boat again, I will contact Mark first. Thanks for all the help.

I found Mark is so alert and knows just what to expect. I was so impressed how calm he can be in a very tense job, his disposition is perfect for the job. He knows exactly what equipment will do the job and his truck and trailer were both state of the art, he had it figured out before picking up my boat exactly what would work best and how he was going to do it.
