The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
Service Provider said at the last minute they could not accommodate my request. They have asked that I cancel. I want a full refund of my deposit as it was they who did not show up after an agreed on date and me flying out to meet them. I had to drive the vehicle home.

The shipper was very accommodating with our pick up schedule. We work a lot. The shipper was able to pick up the vehicle with short notice, in a tight window. The shipper was flexible with payment method.
However the car arrived with a few minor scratch, it took 14 days and I had to deal with a number of middle men. All in all it wasn't a bad experience, but not one I would do again.
I see the shipper responds to feedback, but no matter what they say this is completely true.

Response from movingautos: Due to the pickup was in New York we had a smaller truck to pickup vehicle, to go on the big truck. This was transport on an enclosed trailer not an open! This customer really stressed me out because they kept changing pickup times & dates but I still manage to work with them! NEVER AGAIN! Very ungateful customer.

did not keep our deal to charge my credit card. they tried to get the depot to pay at drop off , but they couldnt .the end result was they charged us a extra $350 and held our car for 3 weeks as a ransome . please ,please think very long and hard before using these unprofesional people.

Response from movingautos: Don (driver) transport vehicle from MO to CA. The customer knew the timeframe of when the vehicle would be delivered. He is not in US & his contact in CA did not pay the driver upon delivery of the vehicle. This customer refused to pay the driver for transport of the vehicle. We advise customer that if we have to re-deliver & storage that additional fees would apply! He refused to pay driver for 3wks that is why he did not receive vehicle.
