This move was great! I used Know Your Mover to move two antique dressers and an antique vanity from Seattle to Denver. It was a small shipment, but their bid was competitive and the guys were great. Sean called to schedule a pick-up, worked with my schedule, they wrapped and protected the dressers and mirrors associated with the pieces and were all around nice to deal with. Delivery was smooth and easy. I will definitely use them the next time I need movers!

When my daughter decided she wanted her motorcycle shipped to her at college, Sean submitted a very reasonable bid that my daughter could afford. She was delighted that her beloved Kawasaki Ninja arrived in perfect condition, exactly when she expected it. Upon delivery she was treated with respect, as the paying customer, even though she is only 18. Thank you Sean and Jon!

Sean was amazingly professional. I HIGHLY recommend using his service for your shipping needs. I've shipped over 20 vehicles over the years, and will try to use Sean whenever he is available. The simplicity of his move made it the easiest one yet. He also delivered my bike on Christmas Eve at noon. Amazing.

The service provider, called "movewithsean," or HAMMOR LOGISTICS, depicts the epitome of positive customer service. He is pollite, honourable, and timely to say the least. Whenever I need anything shipped I will call on them for the job. I was totally satisfied with the entire project.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved This customer has been stringing us along with another local mover. Turns out that the customer has been sweet talked into moving with a local mover the day before our load date. Customer has continually misrepresented the shipment. Originally the shipment was supposed to load out of CA to WA, then the customer said he typed the address in wrong and he needed to be moved from WA to CA. No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Provider kept promising to call with confirmed pick up date, but did not call when promised - twice. I suspect some of the miscomminucation was due to the bidder subbing this out to another provider.

We have repeatedly contacted the customer and answered all questions, however, even though we have explained that we will call 24-48 hours prior to pickup customer wants us to give an exact time and date when we will be at residence to pickup. Our 'window' that we bid on was 20-23rd, when our bid was accepted on the 13th. Customer wanted us there asap. We have tried to accommodate this customer, but this customer can not be satisfied. Save all paperwork when dealing with this customer.

Customer was new to uShip and didn’t properly inventory his shipment. I was explicit in advising him that I was only bidding on the items he had listed, then he accepted our bid. After driving to his residence to pick up his shipment we advised him that he had 3x's the amount that was bid on, we did not have the available space to move his shipment.

This person thinks that I emailed him on the side.. Funny thing is that when you accepted my bid it gave me your email address. I bid on ONE bike, I could only fit ONE bike. In my opinion, if you do business with this person, you should keep all correspondence and make sure all paperwork is in order. I am happy to provide all the correspondence to anyone who asks, just like I did with uShip and this customer. That is why this cancellation is not a negative feedback.
