Sean was amazingly professional. I HIGHLY recommend using his service for your shipping needs. I've shipped over 20 vehicles over the years, and will try to use Sean whenever he is available. The simplicity of his move made it the easiest one yet. He also delivered my bike on Christmas Eve at noon. Amazing.

Customer was new to uShip and didn’t properly inventory his shipment. I was explicit in advising him that I was only bidding on the items he had listed, then he accepted our bid. After driving to his residence to pick up his shipment we advised him that he had 3x's the amount that was bid on, we did not have the available space to move his shipment.

After calling and leaving several messages with no answer or response, I am unable to stay in this area to accommodate their shipping needs due to scheduling with other customers. The final message left explained that I needed a response by this afternoon or i would have to cancel and still received no response.

Due to space restrictions we are unable to haul at this time. Drove about 400 miles off route in order to pick at a cost of $375 in fuel. Making every effort to remedy the situation but customer cannot pay and due to the space restrictions would not be able to haul o9n dates necessary. Customer will move themselves with uhaul.
