The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I have had a terrible experience with this service provider from the start and have conveyed that to him at each point we've conversed. I had to reach out to him three time and on the third attempt he finally answered. He was supposed to pick up in Great Falls, VA yesterday from 3-6PM; after calling him close to 6PM and waiting nearly one hour for a reply it was clear his guys could not pick up the goods from my parent's home as promised. He then ASSURED me his guys would be there between 10-11A

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time the provider was suppose to show up at my storage unit (1 hour from my house) between 5 and 6pm today, 1/6/2013. At 5:17pm I called, the provider(Greg Procidia) told me that he had talked to the driver 30 minutes previous and the truck was 100 miles away and would arrive between 7:30 and 8:45pm. I reluctantly agreed to wait, even though this put me in trouble at home. I'm trying to escape an abusive boyfriend.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved This was an error. I had no intention of booking this hauler because of a conflict in scheduling. The hauler and I emailed re that conflict and were in agreement. I have no idea how the shipment became booked. I was shocked when I received an email stating that my credit card had been charged for a shipment which I had not chosen. The hauler and I have even talked by phone and we agree that we had concluded that the scheduling did not work well. I have no disagreement with the hauler. My shipme

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider I was promised a written contract by this morning. Then promised at 5pm. It is 9pm and i have still not received a contract. I no longer feel comfortable doing business with this service provider.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped Shortly after booking the job, the seller sold the item to another customer despite our verbal agreement.
