They called and showed up at both the pick up and drop off as scheduled... a rarity in this business for sure. This shipment was completed a week late with very poor communication from the shipper. However, if you don't have a timeline, they shipment arrived in good condition with a good crew who worked effectively and professionally. As long as you have a flexible schedule and are OK knowing it will get there eventually, not a horrible company.

The most awesome experience I've had shipping an item out of state. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!! Very prompt, courtious & GREAT COMMUNICATION. I was a little skeptical because of 2 feedbacks they had received that weren't very favorable but my experience was PERFECT and my buyer who purchased the table & chairs from me had the same thing to say about them!!

Couch was picked up and delivered in a very timely fashion. They came in the house and placed the couch in the living room. It was blanket wrapped and no damage. Definitely the most competitive price and was well worth it. The only negative is that they were not in direct contact with me until they were 30 minutes to drop off, I am not the type of person that is bothered by this, nor was I trying to call them. I only knew they picked it up because my client called to let me know.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I have had a terrible experience with this service provider from the start and have conveyed that to him at each point we've conversed. I had to reach out to him three time and on the third attempt he finally answered. He was supposed to pick up in Great Falls, VA yesterday from 3-6PM; after calling him close to 6PM and waiting nearly one hour for a reply it was clear his guys could not pick up the goods from my parent's home as promised. He then ASSURED me his guys would be there between 10-11A

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time the provider was suppose to show up at my storage unit (1 hour from my house) between 5 and 6pm today, 1/6/2013. At 5:17pm I called, the provider(Greg Procidia) told me that he had talked to the driver 30 minutes previous and the truck was 100 miles away and would arrive between 7:30 and 8:45pm. No Detailed Feedback Available A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved This was an error. I had no intention of booking this hauler because of a conflict in scheduling. The hauler and I emailed re that conflict and were in agreement. I have no idea how the shipment became booked. I was shocked when I received an email stating that my credit card had been charged for a shipment which I had not chosen.
