Shipper failed to make the move on the agreed upon date. Shipper has not returned the $1000.00 dollar depsit as of this time. They asked for a deposit to move us on June the 17th. We even put the date on the deposit check. When I called to confirm the move he said someone in his office had changed the date to June the 30th. I told him we needed to be at work in Georgia on the 26th. He agree to send a refund if we could do a match retraction. Uship has not helped. All we want is our money back!

They bid $500 to move load from al to AZ. At first Rob and Shannon seemed to be going out of their way to make it possible, Stayed in communication the entire time. Load was picked up 3/28 and not delivered until 5/7. It appears that they dont have the business needs to make move for that price so after 3 weeks their entire attitude changed. Then they tried to charge an additional 500. Use your own judgement with them. they did complete other loads the entire time that seemed to go fine.

SHE THAN GOT AHOLD OF US THE DAY AFTER TRIED TO CANCEL AND BEGGED US TO JUST SEND ANOTHER TRAILER AND SHE WOULD PAY FOR FUEL. SHE DIDNT PAY AND HER BOYFRIEND HIJACKED AND CUT UP MY TRUCK. THEIR ALL GOING TO JAIL.

Car arrived fine, within the delivery window provided. (3 days from the very first phone call!) Extremely flexible and understanding regarding delivery, as I was unable to be home (wedding anniversary!) Arranged for a somewhat unique payment method (since no one was home), with successful delivery and completion. Again, very flexible, with great communication and follow up. I would - and will - definitely use this company again!
