I think my bikeshipment was one to learn lessons from for moveitIntl.The owner mr.Charles always stayed very friendly during all our communication problems and shipping.Because of this and all his efforts to bring this shipment into a good end is the reason to leave a neutral feedback instead of a negative one.

Mr. Charles was very professional knowing he was going to have a difficult move with stuff. My apartment is a attic apartment and its you have to bring one box down at a time. One of his men couldn't make it and he did this all by himself. Truly an a great guy, I would recommend him to anyone.

Gersham's work ethic and positive attitude are impressive; his competence for handling expensive and fragile furniture is outstanding. He wrapped every piece, never flinched at the size or weight of any piece and was always smiling. I highly recommend him as a mover and would definitely use him again. He was determined & successful to find a tiny piece that fell off one of my cabinets. He takes pride in his work and it shows in the quality of care he delivers! Thank you for a peaceful move!

Gersham made a couple of pretty serious mistakes, but he took responsibility for it right away and tried his best to make it right. He forgot part of the shipment the first time, but he came back during his next pass through and made a second delivery free of charge. He also let black grease get on the mattress after agreeing to wrap it, but he gave the receiver a huge discount so she could pay to have it cleaned. He also needed help even though it said "mover loads" but that wasn't too serious.

This I must say I am not too surprised on but feel it is not deserved. The item was delivered stained for which I deducted more than half of the transport which was already cheap. Added to which the pc that was left behind was not my fault, on pickup no one informed me of it plus it was not listed for shipping. Never the less I agreed to take it back to AL free of cost. If you calculate the cost in fuel, time this was more than an unprofitable shipment, to add this feedback just makes it worse.
