Communication was great and delivery was prompt, even earlier than promised. Frank went above and beyond by not only passing on information from the shipper on the workings of the machine, but also took his own time to make sure my father was fully comfortable running the backhoe. The seller was very nervous at first about shipping the backhoe instead of local pickup; however, his mind was put to ease by Frank's professionalism and his great care in properly securing the load. Thanks Frank!
