Michael was great! He was always in touch about what time he would pick up shipment & when he would deliver. Even notified me of some dings on the machines the seller wasn't even aware of. Overall a very great & easy going experience. Would def. use again. And again. Highly recommend. Nice guy too!

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
Was unable to carry out the sofa that I needed to have help with. He did not realize this and had no help. It was not his fault. I should have discussed this beforehand.

the sofa was up on the second floor and i stated in my bid that this bid was good for ground floor only ,unless they help .when i ask for help the guy told me how much was i going to pay him.i told him that i didn't charge him anything for picking it up from the second floor .i then said good bye
