I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I have no complaint against Mottarosa, it's just that because my Mom moved Friday and new folks are moving in in a few days, I had to know that the pick-up could be arranged. I called yesterday morning and e-mailed yesterday evening. I totally understand that 36 hours is short term to cancel, but I had to book with another shipper that could definitely provide the service. I hate to cancel, but I hope you'll understand. Thanks.
