PATHETIC. See also the previous feedback from Vanman. That should have been a huge red flag but I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. Terrible communication bordering on downright dishonesty. The pick up point knew nothing about the shipper or his shipment. No reply to my e mails or telephone calls. 190 deadhead miles. Providers deal with this person at your peril. Bill in the mail followed by a court claim if not paid. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS PERSON.

Response from motocar: You had clear instructions: pick it up from 8am to 4pm. You called me at 5:20pm and by that time I was already off work. If you can't pick it up in the time given from 8am to 4pm, don't blame me!

The customer misrepresented their shipment and I cannot service it.
Arrived to p/u motorcycle and found out that the bike was not paid for. Was not told this upon bid acceptance by shipper. I called early in the morning approx. 3 hours before p/u and shipper said nothing about the payment not being made. Profile states "please make sure transctions are complete before bid acceptance". Therefore a loss for me.

Response from motocar: Everything was paid for. The lady at pick up place made an error. I asked he to wait a little bit to clear everything out. Anyways, I am still very satisfied with the shipper's service.
