Montway Auto (Mike) did an outstanding job of resolving a problem that could have very easily required police involvement. Mike acted as an intermediary when problems developed with the subcontracted transport company who actually picked up and delivered my vehicle. Except for Mike's outstanding assistance, this would have been a totally negative feedback report. The owner of Montzon Auto Transport should never ever be allowed to have any contact with human beings. His conduct was despicable.

We've contacted the shipper and explained to him that if the car doesn't start/run for any reason or must be loaded with a forklift then additional fee of $100.00 will apply for non-running vehicle, which he didn't accept and we both mutually agreed to cancel this match !
