received my car,hood was smashed by transporter,very un professional,when I called company to file a claim,they said email pics ,dont worry ,your fully insured,4 days pass nothing I call back,they gave me a number to call ,for the transporters insurance,they have insurance ,but for some reason ,it is going through other company,they said they would take care of everything,yeah right,lip service,never hire a broker ,deal direct,they will never get my business again

Great business with AM Express. Charges were exactly as described, communication was punctual and accurate. Even though I wasn't always able to answer my cellphone while traveling, they left us detailed messages on two different phone numbers regarding the shipment. Pick-up and Delivery were both on-time. I recommend them!

Our driver Michael went above and beyond with this shipment. I ran into problems getting the vehicle and Michael was wonderful to work with! Our car was delivered earlier than I expected and he took the extra care with my sons new car. I can't thank him enough! I know any other cars I purchase I will call Michael first!

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment The bid for the shipment was accepted the beginning of June and arrangements were started with the target ship date of June 19th, 2009. The vehicle was ready for shipment and the service provider was notified of its availability to ship on the target date 19th of June, 2009. The vehicle was not picked up on the 19th and I was told that they were waiting for a piece of paper from the driver, but that the vehicle would be picked up soon. First timer, everything went well except the car was picked up late. Glad the car was just in one open trailer for the whole trip and arrived within the delivery time(a day early). Thank you Mike for setting up the transport and Octavian-the driver of the transport.
