The customer misrepresented their shipment and I cannot service it.
Actual measurements provided by shipper & manufacturer were wrong. Making overall height too high for my equiptment to transport without additional cost. ie Escort. Customer wanted another option, so we recommended another carrier with a lower trailer who she hired went under contract with. Which eliminated our liability to service this transport.
