The customer misrepresented their shipment and I cannot service it.
Our bid was based on length shown on Uship by shipper.With length at 35',we would have loaded boat diagonally and it would have fitted into a 40' container perfectly,EVEN WITH 9'WIDTH.The new length,given by shipper after acceptance of our bid,makes it impossible to use a 40' container.Shipment on trailer by roro,the only shipping mode option,for a boat this long, attracts higher rate.shipper was informed accordingly and he chose to decline and cancel.
