The customer misrepresented their shipment and I cannot service it Our bid was based on length shown on Uship by shipper.With length at 35',we would have loaded boat diagonally and it would have fitted into a 40' container perfectly,EVEN WITH 9'WIDTH.The new length,given by shipper after acceptance of our bid,makes it impossible to use a 40' container.Shipment on trailer by roro,the only shipping mode option,for a boat this long, attracts higher rate.shipper was informed accordingly and he chose to decline and cancel.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment The service provider thought a 35`boat on a trailer with a total width of 9` and lenght of 43`could be in a 40`container. I know my listing says total lenght 40` but later I mailed him the new lenght of 43` The listing also tells that it is on a trailer. Anyway the total width of 9`on this triaxel trailer could never fit in a container.
Response from orbitrongold:
the contention is the price variation because of the difference in length,i am still available to effect this shipment,if my offer is better than the new bids.
