After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider uSHIP informed me that this shipper is not longer associated with uSHIP and cautioned me. I have contacted the shipper for clarification and assurance and received no response.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped Due to an email I received informing me of issues with this service provider resulting in him being dropped from uShip site, I'm no longer comfortable going through with the shipment I booked with them. I can not take a chance of the provider not showing up and have hired an actual moving company (at much greater cost) to insure that my move will go as scheduled. Please confirm that this cancellation has gone through and that the fee charged will be refunded to my credit card.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I left tons of voice message and also emailed them, but they did not get back to me either through email or phone. I am really pissed off by them.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Service provider is very unreliable. Afer accepting their bid, it started with them telling me they would contact me on Saturday to arrange a time on Sunday or Monday to drop off boxes. They did not answer my calls on Sunday and I was unable to contact them until Monday. Monday they said they would drop off boxes on Tuesday between 11-2. After waiting through this time and making numerous unanswered calls, I was finally able to get a hold of them. They said they ran out of wardrobe boxes an

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved THIS SHIPPER IS FRAUDULENT. THE NUMBER DIPLAYED WAS NOT THE PHONE NUMBER FOR THE SHIPPER AND AFTER I GOT HIS PHONE NUMBER HE SAID HE WAS GOING TO PICK UP THE ITEM. TILL DATE HE HAS NOT DONE SO, THAT'S 3 WEEKS AGO.
CURRENTLY HE DOES NOT USE HIS PHONE NUMBER AGAIN NOR HAS HE RESPONDED TO MY EAMIL AND HE HAS FAILED TO RESPOND TO VARIOUS MESSAGES LEFT ON HIS VOICE MAIL
HE HAS ALREADY RECEIVED A DEPOSIT FOR THIS JOB.
I NEED HIM TO REFUND MY DEPOSIT.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I have been working with this service provider for the past two weeks leading up to my move, everything seemed to be moving forward in a timely manner. The day before my scheduled pick-up they asked if I can make it earlier then planned, that was not a problem. The morning of my new pick-up time they called and asked if they can push it back until early afternoon, again I said not a problem.
