No Detailed Feedback Available I no longer need my item(s) shipped Due to an email I received informing me of issues with this service provider resulting in him being dropped from uShip site, I'm no longer comfortable going through with the shipment I booked with them. I can not take a chance of the provider not showing up and have hired an actual moving company (at much greater cost) to insure that my move will go as scheduled. Please confirm that this cancellation has gone through and that the fee charged will be refunded to my credit card. Thank you-

Afer accepting their bid, it started with them telling me they would contact me on Saturday to arrange a time on Sunday or Monday to drop off boxes. They did not answer my calls on Sunday and I was unable to contact them until Monday. Monday they said they would drop off boxes on Tuesday between 11-2.
