We are Gibson Sales. We move mobile homes / manufactued homes / modular homes. We started out just buying and selling our own mobile homes. But after finding out how hard it is to hire a descent and honest mover, we began hauling them ourselves. We run 2 trucks and 2 drivers and have access to more should your job require them. We will do what we say we will. We will be there when we say we'll be there. And we'll transport your home as safely as possible. Not 80 mph and blowing half the siding and shingles off like the last guy we hired to move our own did. We have the insurance to cover your homes full replacement value as well. Thank You!

No Detailed Feedback Available I arrived as planned and had plenty of drivers. The shipper paid my drivers directly and cut me out of my fee. He "said he had no choice" I lost thousands of dollars.

Guy wasn't paying his drivers. Drivers wouldn't drop our trailers until they were paid. What else could we do?

No Detailed Feedback Available The Gibson's were MAGNIFICENT to work for. Rather moving trailers out of Alabama or Maryland, they were highly communicative of expectations and needs. Wages were above industry standard and always punctual. Would highly reccomend them to others.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The guy was trying to broker the loads out and bid on the job before he found anyone to actually haul it. Then he wanted me to rent a truck on my account and hire him to drive it. The guy doesn't have any trucks of his own, nor does he have any sort of legitiment business.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Service provider contacted me several times to setup a pickup date/time, but never showed up. Had to get someone else to cover his loads. Even tried to give him a load closer to home, he agreed, but never showed.

I made 30 calls to the guy in charge of shipping.Both to his office which fax pickup after 10 rings.E mailed shannon gibson she gave me this guys cell phone number.I left several messages in order to get in contact with him.I talked to sharon on the phone the following day after bid was accepted.That was the last time I was in direct contact with anyone other than email.They had my cell phone number from uship and still no call from anyone.they sent email about selma load I replyed no reurn

I was on my way to pickup unit when I was notified of a family emergency. At which time I drove straight back to Georgia. I did call the customer and made them aware of my situation. I also offered to refund their booking fee. I appologize to the customer, but my family comes first.

No Detailed Feedback Available I did not show up at agreed upon date and time I have emailed this customer several times regarding the times to pick up and location of trailers.I tryed calling them at least 30 times all I got was voice mail I talked to some woman the first day and she gave me a number to reach the guys in charge.I left several messages on there voice mail with my name and number still no return call.I received a reply wed the 1st of july saying the loads in selma were ready.I tryed contacted them again with the same results no return call.

Hired this guy to move a trailer from MD to TN. He wanted to pickup one in AL and bring it in first and then head to MD. After I told him I had all the ones in AL covered, he decided he didn't want to do the MD loads. He claims he left voice mails... he only had our home phone number and we don't have an answering machine... good imagination though!

No Detailed Feedback Available I did not show up at agreed upon date and time While on my way to pickup this shipment a member of my family was hospitalized. So I had to return to Georgia. I did contact the customer and explained the problem and offered to pay the uship booking fee of $32.25 back at my expense. Again I am sorry and will do whatever needs to be done to resove this matter.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I gave measurements 4 times.20 days after booking,they said they had no driver, problem with axles, mobile home size,& price quoted. All the excuses given told me my business was unwanted. I was very flexible, even booked my date a month later as I was told they couldn't get anyone here until then. Suddenly they had a lot of excuses only 13 days before my moving date causing me to have to rearrange all necessary procedures, a major and costly inconvenience

This person gave me the WRONG measurements 4 times. Listed their move as a 14 wide and it turns out to be a 16 wide. Any mover knows there's a difference in price there. Hadn't heard from them in weeks, so I wasn't even sure they even wanted it moved anymore. Finally, I get the measurements I asked for and it turns out to be a completely different move than they listed on uship.
