I dropped off the car but kept the title for insurance. He was aware that I had the title and said he was mailing me a check. Well that never happened after 7 days and now he blames me for a broken rear glass.YEAH RIGHT. And refuses to pay me a stinkin 300.00 dollars. TRY SHIPPING THE CAR WITHOUT THE TITLE
