Mike was very professional throughout the process. It began with his bid rate, which was very reasonable, and ended with his timely pickup and delivery. Mike is very personable and because of him and his service, I've told so many people of his service and the service of UShip. This shipment could not have been handled any better if I had done it myself. Mike went beyond what is required
and actually made this a pleasant experience. He not only delivered my packages but he also took the time to let the neighbor know they had arrived and helped to secure them safely. He took responsiblity of getting antique crystal glasses delivered without even a nick in one of the 50 glasses. Hopefully Mike is available for my future shipping needs. He makes you feel like family.

Mike helped me ship a mattress from my house in ohio to college at Purdue. He arrived perfectly on time for both pick-up and delivery. He kept good contact and notified me of each stage of the delivery process. Upon delivery he even helped me carry the mattress and box spring upstairs and set it up in my room. Mike is extremely personable and warm. I would, and do plan to contact Mike again for future shipments. My only regret is not having more extra cash to give a bigger tip. A+++++
