There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved I was unable to contact the company before accepting bid about their payment policy. Other companies I have spoken with accepted a deposit up front, then the balance upon delivery. I was prepared to pay the deposit but not the entire cost at this time. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
