In the transport business some things occur that are out of our control. When problems or delays come up we work to resolve them as quickly as possible. We actually picked up the vehicle 9 days after booking the shipment, and feel that we do not deserve the Neutral or the terrible star rating either, we kept in constant communication regarding the delay as we do with every shipment.
