Shipment went PERFECTLY! The accounting end was a mess- my credit card was charged for more than authorized and the full balance was charged twice- 15 days apart- under 2 different company names, making it difficult to dispute. Uship was extremely helpful with this matter. Very stressful situation for us. Response from mistercargo: This mistake was completely ours! It was an accounting snafu that occurred in house. We have more than one company and an accounting (billing) error occurred that we immediately cleared up. We also reduced the price for the inconvenience.

Response from mistercargo: This vehicle was not accessible by auto carrier. (We had a carrier for it in less than 24 hours) The shipper was extremely uncoperative and would not bring unit to location where it could be loaded. Customer hard to communicate with as he travels extensively. Finally, arrangements were made to have local wrecker service pick and hold the unit which was then routinely loaded and delivered to destination. No mention of inaccessibility was made in post on UShip or messages.
