Customer cancelled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Move date set for May 9 on April 20. No response to any emails until my May 2 email requesting confirmation before flying to MA from CA. Gary said I should have planned to fly out a day later in case truch does nto show up until May 10. No emails or voicemails returned May 5 and 6. Have urgent questions regarding insurance, boxes needed, who packs, etc. No callback or email response as of May 6 at 2 PM.
