The customer misrepresented their shipment and I cannot service it.
We've been trying to schedule this pick up for more than 3 weeks, and the pick up contact is always unable to give us the cart, sometimes is too early, than too late, or she can't leave it outside, and other enumerous excuses.
We're sorry, but we won't keep counting on this shipment, we don't play, we work.
