This client is a liar. We answered every email and if we did not return voicemails via phone, we did it via email. Client said, absolutely no rush in transporting the "Queen Mat." Now all of a sudden its an issue. Now he reversed his payment, which gets absolutely nothing done. His item will go into storage until payment is recieved. So hard to please everyone. Out of 140 jobs on USHIP, we now have "8" negatives. Thats higher than the US average for client satisfaction.

It has now been 4 weeks (28 days) since my shipment was picked up by your driver for delivery to my residence in San Francisco. I paid the agreed upon pickup, shipping, and delivery fee of $400.00 in advance of the pickup and have not received any ETA for delivery as of today (4/7/08). Over twice as much time has passed than your original pre-pickup delivery estimate (2 weeks). I am still waiting to a response to my multiple voice mail and email messages requesting an estimated delivery date.

You just can't please everyone. This is a complete lie. We told the clietn we run scheduled MONTHLY shuttles. His date was entered as "FLEXIBLE". We made him aware that we could either pick-up his mattress wight away ro wait for the April shuttle. he said he needed it removed from the property right away. We did what the client asked. No the client reversed his payment and expects to be a priority? Yes, we had a mechanical issue which caused a delay as well as a personel change.
