If you mwere to look up the words "TRULY AWESOME PERSON" in the dictionary, this customer's picture would be there as a definition!! When I attempted to go up an ice covered road to deliver, my truck & trailer were stuck. I couldn't go up & couldn't back out. Todd, his brother & his neighbor all pitched in with major effort to help & save me a serious tow bill!! Todd wouldn't even consider accepting a reduction in delivery charges!! Fantastic experience!! Need I say more?? Thanks!!! Tony K.
