The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I paid deposit,and sent the pick up date/info. but Mike did not provide the service. He did not answer my calls or emails. I alreday paid for delays and storage service because of him. I claim my payment back. Thank You

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Per Mike, he asked me to pay in full via paypal, which I did.
Then at 10am on 7/1/2007, the semi he promised that would show up to move my stuff at a mutually agreed upon time, never showed up. We waited over 2 hours for him and he failed to call us, or answer our phone calls. We left him numerous phone messgaes.
This is fraud on his part. I am trying to get a refund on my paypal account as well for the full amount for services I paid for that he never rendered. He will not answer any of m

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Spoke with Mike directly and was very pleasant, however, I did not receive references upon my request. We spoke early in the day on Friday June 29th, and waited until 4PM for receipt of documents. Nothing He had all of my contact information and was unable to provide the information requested.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Service Provider (Mike) was diligent in responding. However, after paying the requested deposit amount, Mike informed us that 100% payment is required at this time. Based on our company policy and the fact that 100% payment upfront was not specified, WesternPallet requests to cancel the bid.
Again, we appreciate the follow up by Service Provider, however, the perceived accepted terms are different from actual,therefore, we are not comfortable proceeding.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Provider requested 3 different payment amounts after I paid the deposit. He would not give me credit for the depsoit amount. Each time stating the deposit will be refunded to me by U-Ship and I should pay him in full even though the invoice from U-Ship says the deposit is credited towards the full price.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time We scheduled several times with service provider MIKE2523 for pickup at my warehouse and each time there was a no show. I have received payment for the piece of equipment and I need it shipped.
