I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I have been trying to get a hold of the service provider for over a week. no calls get answered, the mailbox is full, can't leave a message. they replied to one email and stated they would be here this week, it is now thursday and i leave on sunday, can't schedule a pick-up date, no more email replies despite my continued efforts to contact them. the site says that they are under new ownership and one of their trucks broke down, they have made more than 4 cancellations in one day alone, don't
