The communication is great and they'll do whatever it takes to make your shipping a no hassle experience. If you want the best in shipping "Bulldog" is the place to ship with. My load was not ready when they went to pick it up but they helped me to arrange to get the load around for shipment. Their driver was in contact with me immediately about the situation and went out of his way to make sure my load got on the road. Can't say enough about Pam and the crew. I said ok. Said he would call next day. No call. Called him again and he said he had'nt forgot about me and would call the next day. That was 3 days ago. I called today and left voicemail to call me. Haven't heard a thing. Response from nickvalcaniant: Cuctomer had atv i was going to haul with boat but the people with boay decided they were not going to buy,i tried to get another boat had no success,customer new that,I did call and leave message on voicemail,I tried thats all i can do
