For: Papa's dining room set

Badly damaged due to negligence, lost for several weeks, found, then lost again. Refused to communicate w/ me.Significant misrepresentations"offer to refund all costs" then did not. Still awaiting call back and/or refund. BEWARE, I am now looking at over $6000.00 to repair 4 pieces of furniture ans 6 chairs.

This customer's shipment was damaged in transit, yes. We absolutely offered to refund the customer's money at one point though we were under no obligation to do so, but we were specificially told that "the money was not important", as this customer earns $300,000 a year per his conversations with us. We will not be communicating with this customer due to his coarse language, attitude, and verbal threats. He is dealing with the insurance company at this point to finalize his claim.
