The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The service provider did not indicate upon booking that the items needed to be palleted. They stated they cannot pick up unless this is done and then cancelled the pick-up. I would like a refund asap and will arrange to have it picked up on my own. I was extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism of this provider. Thank you!
