After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider The shipper is asking me to sign a agreement that gives them permission to charge my credit card at any time. There is no mention of this transaction of shippment in the agreement. So I can not sign it

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved miLogistics said they could not find a carrier for the price of the bid. The shipment was listed correctly, and the locations have not changed, so I am not going to pay more than what they told me I was going to pay.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved After we paid the shipper. They came back and said they quoted it wrong and it was going to cost us more to ship it all the way to the address that we provided for the quote. So we cancelled the shipment and had to drive it down ourselves. Worst customer service ever.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The shipping provider wanted my credit card number in order to accept the shipment. I made sure in my request for quote that ALL costs would be included in the bid - therefore no reason for me to give them my credit card number, only the Uship code upon delivery of the shipment. The shipper would not proceed...:-(

I no longer need my item(s) shipped The freight is did not meet the carriers standards and will be too expensive to crate to what may be acceptable.
No problem with the transaction or MI Logistics, just a freight compatibility issue.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services This service provider accepted the shipment and then said they were unable to find a truck to move it. They have had over a month and the owner said he doesn't care, sometimes he bids and can't complete the job.
