Excellent with a 5 star plus rating!!! He is very nice, lets you know the status of his position on where the vehicle is and ETA, easy to call and talk to, and has very good equipment. He cares about his job! I would definately recommend him to anyone and would use his transportation services many times over. Thank you, good luck, and God bless you through the miles!

2 vehicles were supposed to ship/deliver Tuesday. Called him that night - did not get picked up. Michael said trailer was broken. He said they would ship Wednesday. Did not ship Wednesday. Called him Thursday. He shipped one Thursday and said other would go Friday. Client drove the second car themselves. We lost the client. Paid him for two cars by check before shipping - no refund.

IN THE BEGINNING THERE WAS A 4 DAY WINDOW , THEN WITHOUT NOTICE IT BECAME URGENT ,BUT STILL HAD ONE TRUCK SHOW ON TIME WITH SECOND TRUCK 3 HOURS BEHIND ONLY TO DRIVE 150 MILE ONE WAY AND COME BACK EMPTY BECAUSE JAMIE HAD GIVEN OTHER SAID DODGE RAM THAT CLIENT [SUPPOSEDLY] DROVE THEM SELVES IN FACT WAS HAULED BY WRONG WAY TRUCKING AS LISTED IN JAMIEKLEM PROFILE FEEDBACK, WE WERE JUST NOT GIVEN AMPLE TIME TO COMPLETE THIS DELIVERY UNDER CIRCUMSTANCES....

communication should have been a lot better did not receive a call until he had trouble and had to hire a tow truck for the last 65 miles to complete the trip

CALLED ALAN FOR 2 DAYS PRIOR TO PICKUP , NO RESPONSE UNTIL 500 MILES INTO THE TRIP , TRUCK WAS SUPPOSED TO WEIGH 6600# BUT ACTUALLY WEIGHED 9800# ON A TRAILER RATED FOR 10000 # VERY POOR MISREPRESENTATION OF LOAD THAT LEGALLY SHOULD NOT HAVE TAKEN PLACE BUT MY DRIVER PRESSED ON RISKING TRUCK, TRAILER AND EQUIPMENT,NOT TO MENTION HIS SAFETY AND A 750 DOLLAR REPAIR ON A NEW TRAILER, SO CARRIERS BEWARE ...THIS JOB WAS IN BREACH OF CONTRACT FROM THE START...

Communication could have been better, but overall a good experience. I had more items than I originally thought which created difficulty in getting everything moved, but Mike was nice about it.

Micheal was great to work with. Communication was great spoke with him aproximately 10 times between pick up and delivery. Price was very competitive. All around great to work with. I highly recommend this company. I will be looking them up for my next shipment.

Shipment was delivered in an acceptable condition. Ran into a technical problem along the way but quickly came to a solution and still delivered in a timely fashion. Good communication a long the way. Thanks!!
