For: 30ft Suntracker Party Barge

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I have had an equipment breakdown that I assumed would be a simple repair, but the bumpkins doing the work have continually strung me along, thus I have left Mr. Fulton hanging. Please refund his deposit ASAP so that he may find a TSP to ship his boat. This is totally my fault and I regret any incovenience to anyone.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time Regardless of the reason given by provider. He failed to return phone calls and inform us to what was going on. We were flexible in our shipping dates and he was aware of this. He has caused us unnecessary stress which could have been avoided if his communication would have been better.
