A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
I have had an equipment breakdown that I assumed would be a simple repair, but the bumpkins doing the work have continually strung me along, thus I have left Mr. Fulton hanging. Please refund his deposit ASAP so that he may find a TSP to ship his boat. This is totally my fault and I regret any incovenience to anyone.
